WEDDING QUESTIONS
How do I secure my wedding date?
Send an enquiry with your date and venue and I’ll confirm availability. Your date is secured once you sign the contract and pay a 25% deposit through your online planning portal. The balance is due 14 days before the wedding.
How does the handover from our band work?
I coordinate with your band in advance and have everything set up and tested before they finish, so the first track starts the moment they play their last note. No awkward silence while they pack down.
Can we choose the music and ban songs?
Absolutely. You get an online planning portal to pick your first dance, must-plays and a strict do-not-play list. Anything on that list simply won’t get played, even if a guest requests it.
Do you MC and make announcements?
Yes. MC announcements are included in every package, from introducing you into the room to calling the first dance and the last song.
How early do you set up?
Well before guests arrive. Everything is installed and sound-checked ahead of time so there’s no setup noise during your drinks reception, dinner or speeches.
Can our guests share their photos with us?
Yes, with AOS SnapShare. Guests scan a QR code on their table and upload photos and videos from their phone, with no app needed. Their photos appear on a live photo wall during the night, and you get every one in a private album afterwards to download. Just ask for it when you book.
Do you travel outside Cork?
Yes. I’m based in Cork and cover Cork City and County, including West and East Cork, and I take weddings nationwide. Travel within 80 km of Cork is free; further afield there’s a fixed travel fee of €75 to €250 depending on distance, shown upfront in your quote.
